Oxford City Council have 7,700 properties and many require upgrading. We are applying for LAD1B funding and if successful we will be installing various insulation and renewable energy measures. We are looking for a Retrofit Coordinator to manage the process from beginning to completion. We are targeting 240 properties and the work has to be completed by September 2021. This is just the start. We aim to get 95% of our properties to EPC Band C by 2030 and Band A by 2050.
